So Many Rooms is for video meetings, but instead of always meeting on the same screen, in the same grid of boxes, you can meet in a room shaped for what you’re doing. You don’t have to choose in advance: start a meeting and change the room whenever you like. Everyone comes along, without reconnecting.
If you’ve been invited to a meeting here, all you need is the link or the meeting code. After a microphone check you should arrive in the meeting. The host takes care of the settings.
If you want to host a meeting, you can start without an account. Start a meeting, share its link, and people join from their browser. If you like it, create an account for more control over your meeting rooms.
If you regularly facilitate group meetings or workshops, you’ll find a wealth of resources here that you can work with to design the experience, such as preparing handouts, presentations, videos, and music in advance, and preparing changes of room type as the session moves along.
The three short demos below show some of the room types with pretend people, so you won’t be asked for your camera or microphone. Each takes about a minute. Afterwards you can go on to the other rooms if you want.
